Albagli Zaliasnik‘s six-strong VC practice covers financing, public offerings of shares, investment funds, and corporate compliance and governance matters. The firm also has a representative office in Miami that assists clients when establishing their presence in the US (through a network of local partners), particularly in relation to real-estate sector investors, start-ups and VC funds. The team is led by Rodrigo Albagli, who also co-heads the firm’s corporate group alongside experienced partner Álvaro Rosenblut. Albagli Zaliasnik’s corporate practice acts for both domestic and foreign companies on corporate advisory matters. The 12-strong team is also on hand to structure, plan and execute local and cross-border M&A deals, and has particularly expertise in relation to the  retail, energy, manufacturing, real estate, and food and beverage sectors. The department additionally advises venture capitalists, investment funds, private equity players and financial backers on transactions.
