Alvaro co-heads our firm’s corporate area together with Rodrigo Albagli, advising clients on business ma- tters, mergers and acquisitions, partnerships, real estate law, civil and commercial contracts, telecommu- nications and regulated markets.

He is an active board member of several companies and organizations, bringing his experience in the le- gal and business world to each one. He is an active member of the International Bar Association (IBA), participating on committees that he integrates (Corporate and M&A, Real Estate, Closely Held & Growing Business Enterprises).

Alvaro Rosenblut has been recognized in noted publications and rankings such as Chambers & Partners, PLC and Who’s Who Legal, especially in the field of Mergers and Acquisitions.

The 17-strong team at Albagli Zaliasnik is particularly active in food and beverage sector-related M&A. The practice also covers negotiations, financing, taxation and corporate structures, incorporating the firm’s regulatory, antitrust, litigation, compliance and IP expertise into its corporate offering. Rodrigo Albagli  and Álvaro Rosenblut co-lead the practice, in which international senior associate Stephanie Cruz and senior associate Eduardo Anguita – a mid-2019 hire from Barros & Errázuriz – are key figures. Since publication, the transactional and compliance-focused Anguita has been promoted to partner, effective February 2021.
