Anne-Louise is a Principal Associate in our Finance Group. She specialises in restructuring and insolvency, acting for corporates, financial institutions, asset based lenders, insolvency practitioners and LPA Receivers. Anne-Louise's particular emphasis is real estate insolvency and restructuring.
Anne-Louise’s experience includes leading a cross product group team on the disposal of the Birmingham Mint for Administrators Deloitte and Administrators Ernst & Young in relation to the Hyatt Regency Birmingham. Anne-Louise is currently working on a number of other confidential, high profile restructurings, corporate insolvencies and LPA appointments.
Anne-Louise is a member of R3, an Associate of NARA and is Chair of the R3 Women in Business, West Midlands Committee.
Anne-Louise has completed a nine month secondment to the Commercial Division at Nationwide Building Society.
