As well as its well-established relationships with major banks, the firm also has also built a reputation for its work for challenger banks, while the team also handles international work out of Birmingham. Chris Busby, who leads the practice, is and also UK head of financial services disputes and investigations. Led by Emma KingEversheds Sutherland (International) LLP's large team covers the full range of pensions matters and works on a myriad of high-value projects. It regularly generates mandates from the trustees of many of the Midlands’ most prominent pension schemes, as well as many local employers.
