Career

He focuses his professional practice in answering inquiries related to mining and environmental regulations. Furthermore, he advises on obtaining licenses and permits needed for the commissioning of a mining project, and doing legal audits on permits and occupational health and safety issues, mainly of mining companies.

He counsels Peruvian and foreign companies on corporate, mining, environmental, and mining occupational health and safety issues. He assists in managing permits and developing defense strategies in administrative punishment procedures before the OSINERGMIN, OEFA and SUNAFIL.

Diego actively participates in different mining and administrative procedures in general before the Ministry of Energy and Mines, National Superintendency of State Property, Ministry of Culture, National Service for Natural Protected Areas, and other authorities related to the mining and energy sector.
