He has been involved in privatization processes, stability contracts and foreign investment.
Claudio has been a visiting lawyer at Debevoise & Plimpton LLP in New York (2013-2014) and assistant professor in the Mining law course of the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú (2010-2011) and intern at the Inter-American Human Rights Commission in Washington D.C. (2003). He was stationed as internal attorney of Las Bambas Mining Company S.A. (2014).
