Joshua N. Holian is a partner in the San Francisco office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the firm’s Litigation & Trial Department. He concentrates on federal and state antitrust and trade regulation issues. Mr. Holian represents clients across a range of industries in M&A transactions to secure the required antitrust clearances from US, European and other antitrust regulatory authorities.
