Position

Dr. Roger J. Chin is a partner in the San Francisco office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the firm’s Litigation & Trial Department. For more than two decades he has focused on litigating life science patent infringement and inventorship disputes in the pharmaceutical, medical device and biotechnology industries. He also has experience advising clients on Hatch-Waxman litigation, regulatory exclusivities and FDA citizen petitions.
