Robert Buday is global Co-chair of the Latham & Watkins Real Estate Practice. Mr. Buday has extensive experience in a range of complex real estate transactions and routinely represents clients in all aspects of acquisitions, dispositions, development projects, joint ventures and financings involving all property types. His practice includes asset and entity-level transactions, transfers and recapitalizations of real estate operating companies and real estate M&A transactions. He has significant experience representing clients in structuring, negotiating and forming joint ventures, partnerships and other investment vehicles.
