Jean Kuo’s practice encompasses a broad range of fields, including M&A, energy, antitrust, employment and general corporate and commercial matters. She has extensive experience representing Japanese and foreign companies with their investment plans, as well as acquiring or selling shares of Taiwanese companies, and providing counsel on various regulatory issues, including employment matters and Taiwan antitrust compliance. She recently represented Japanese and European power groups in their acquisitions of offshore wind farms in Taiwan.
