With over 30 years of experience, Tommy Chen is recognized as a leading M&A and corporate governance lawyer in Taiwan, having led several groundbreaking M&A deals of significance in Taiwan, many of which involved first-of-its-kind issues or structures. Tommy’s practice focuses on cross-border and local M&As, joint ventures, hostile takeovers, private equity, venture capital, IPOs, restructurings, and reorganizations. He advises companies in a wide variety of industry sectors, including automotive, semiconductor, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, energy, media and telecommunications, transportation, banking and insurance, construction, consumer products, and multilevel distribution.
