Career

Sebastián joined Arias in 2018, as Associate Attorney of the Departments of Corporate, Notarial and Registry Law, practice areas where he has been working for the past few years after having held positions related to tax and real estate law.

Likewise, he has held the position of in-house attorney on Arias’ behalf in a transnational pharmaceutical company, attending all the legal matters in the Central America and the Caribbean region.

Currently, he advises and provides legal support on Corporate, Commercial, Notarial and Registry matters to National and Foreign Companies in their local and regional operations, on a day-to-day basis and in specific transactions and requirements.

Within his pro bono professional development, he provides legal advice and support to various nonprofit associations, which include a cluster of life sciences, associations of the commercial sector and tourism.
