Goodwin’s team is known for its ‘excellent work‘ and its provision of ‘white glove service‘ when advising on financings, emerging company IPOs, and compliance within the healthcare sector. ‘True consigliere‘ David Cappillo co-heads the practice from Massachusetts, alongside Chris Wilson. Cappillo maintains a focus on technology and emerging healthcare and telehealth companies, while Wilson routinely advises private equity sponsors on healthcare transactions and general corporate issues.
