Position

William Hollaway handles a broad range of energy development, transactional and regulatory matters. His deep legal and technical understanding of energy include power generation and transmission and he has extensive transactional and regulatory experience in renewable power, storage, transmission, and traditional power. Bill has experience with energy M&A including structuring, due diligence, contracts and agreements and a full command of FERC and state regulation, including PJM, ERCOT and other RTOs. Bill’s expertise in administrative litigation, includes approvals, rate cases, protests and complaints. He advises on nuclear matters and transactions under NRC and state regulations.
