Partner of Demarest’s Capital Markets and Mergers and Acquisitions practices, Thiago Giantomassi holds a master’s degree from the University of São Paulo (USP). He focuses his practice in corporate finance and negotiation with companies, especially in the agribusiness, alternative investment, infrastructure and financial services industries. He advises investment banks, private equity firms, publicly and closely-held companies, controlling shareholders, investors, intermediaries and advisors in domestic and international operations in a variety of economic sectors.
