Partner of Demarest´s Real Estate practice, Marc Stalder is an LLM candidate in Real Estate Law at the University of Illinois at Chicago’s John Marshall Law School, holds specializations in Real Estate Registration Law from PUC-MG, in Business Law from FMU and a bachelor’s degree in Law from FMU. Marc has more than 15 years of experience in structuring different types of real estate developments, rural and urban properties regularization and negotiations of complexes agreements. Marc has worked on the negotiation and development of more than 100 real estate ventures and coordinated multidisciplinary teams responsible for the regularization of over 1.4 million acres of farmland. He is also a professor of short-term and specialization courses related to real estate contracts, real estate litigation, Notary and Registration Law.
