Career

Anushka is a well-respected and familiar face in UK immigration law. She is a co-convenor of the Immigration Law Practitioners Association (ILPA) Economic Migration Working Group and regularly runs courses on Global Talent visa applications, having dealt with many applications in the tech and arts sectors.

She has a wealth of experience dealing with sponsor licence applications and  advising on all business, work and personal immigration routes, having worked for highly-ranked UK immigration departments in the UK and US.

Anushka joined the team from Deloitte where she was an Associate Director at the start of January 2023.

She has been actively involved in reviewing and analysing the draft Immigration Rules on behalf of ILPA as part of a Home Office consultation on upcoming changes to the Rules and Guidance.

Anushka writes, trains and provides seminars about immigration law and at points been actively involved in challenging Home Office policies through her work with ILPA.
