Career

As well as being one of the founding partners of our Italian operations, Giovanni is now Managing Partner and head of the Italian Intellectual Property department.

Offering expertise in all IP matters including patents, trademarks, design, trade secrets, copyright and unfair competition, he leads the team assisting our clients in sectors including automotive mechanical, electronics, life sciences and food & beverage.

In patent matters Giovanni has handled and coordinated numerous pan-European litigation for national and international clients in particular in tech & comms and life sciences & healthcare sectors.

In trademark matters he assists several Fortune 500 companies in the food sector and some consortia in disputes relating to infringement of their well-known trademarks, geographical indications and appellations of origin.
In recent years, he has contributed to Italian and European legal magazines in the field of patent and trademark law.
