Jayesh H is a Chartered Financial Analyst, Advocate & Solicitor.

A well-known name in India’s legal industry, Jayesh is sought after for his extensive transactional and enforcement experience in M&A, private equity, leveraged buyouts and restructurings. He is an emerging thought leader in the field of arbitration.

He has been a regular advisor to the Indian Ministry of Finance including on the legal framework for Financial Resolution and allied areas. Jayesh is the first to be inducted from India to P.R.I.M.E. Finance (“the Panel of Recognised International Market Experts in Finance”), a panel of over 200 elite financial, legal and dispute resolution experts globally.

Jayesh is a law graduate of the Government Law College, Mumbai. He is enrolled as an advocate with the Bar Council of Maharashtra & Goa and is also a solicitor enrolled with the Bombay Incorporated Law Society. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst and Diploma holder in Business Finance.

As a Chevening Scholar, Jayesh gained experience in English & European Community laws & regulations by undergoing training at the College of Law in York. He is a member of Mensa.
