Valeria Estathio has been working in the Tax Department of O’Farrell Law Firm since 2005 and has been a Partner since 2014.

Career

She provides advice to local and foreign companies on domestic and international aspects and has a broad experience  in the application and interpretation of double tax conventions.  SShe also participates actively in the area of mergers and acquisitions.

She also has broad experience in tax litigation, including complex matters of social security, representing public utilities and companies from the pharmaceutical, automotive and retail sectors, among others.

She wrote several articles on her practice areas. Ms. Estathio participates as lecturer and panelist in national and international congresses and seminars

In 2008, she obtained a Master of Laws Degree in International Taxation (LL.M.) from New York University School of Law.
