Miguel A.M. Tesón is the Partner in charge of the Tax Law Department. He joined the firm in 1989.

Career

Mr. Tesón specializes in tax law counselling. In addition, he has broad experience in contentious matters as well as in complex litigation before the Argentine Supreme Court, given his extensive experience in the public and private practice.
He worked as an Assistant at the Defender’s Office before the Argentine Supreme Court of Justice and Federal Courts in the City of Buenos Aires, Court Reporter and Secretary-Legal Counsel (Secretario Letrado) of a Judge’s Office (Vocalía), General Secretary of the Argentine Tax Court and General Secretary of ENTel.

In addition, he earned a Master’s Degree in Advanced Studies in Public Administration from Universidad de Alcalá de Henares, Spain, which is officially recognized by the Ministry of Education and Sciences of Spain with academic validity equivalent to a PhD.
