Career

Claudine is a partner at Tiberghien since 2018. Her practice mainly focuses on real estate transactions and real estate structuring (pre and post acquisitions) as well as on infrastructure projects (PPS).

Claudine joined the firm in 1993 and has over the years also developed a solid experience in mergers and acquisitions, the drafting of tax rulings and all other corporate tax and accounting law related aspects.

Claudine has been a regular contributor to a wide variety of tax publications and is a regular speaker at conferences and seminars.
