Claudine is a partner at Tiberghien. Her practice mainly focuses on real estate transactions and real estate structuring (pre and post acquisitions) as well as on infrastructure projects (PPS).

Claudine has over the years also developed a solid experience in mergers and acquisitions, the drafting of tax rulings and all other corporate tax and accounting law related aspects.


Claudine joined the firm in 1993. She has been a regular contributor to a wide variety of tax publications and is a regular speaker at conferences and seminars.
