Pierre Lubet has extensive experience as both a litigator and as an advisor in individual industrial relations, collective bargaining, reorganisations, employment protection plans and executive status and salary. His clients include several prominent actors in the manufacturing and luxury sectors.

Pierre Lubet is often sought out for his expertise in IT/IP-related employment issues such as employee data protection, employee patents, corporate whistle-blowing systems and company IT policies.

Member of the Paris bar since 1983, Pierre was a partner at Rambaud Martel and Salans (now Dentons) before participating in the creation of ADVANT Altana as a founding partner in 2009. He is also a member of Avosial.
