Career

Mickaël d’Allende advises, assists and defends clients in all aspects of employment law, including dismissals, labour relations, restructuring, in an international context and employee savings plans. Mickaël d’Allende has extensive experience handling issues associated with working hours (Sunday working, paid leave) and employment conditions (health & safety, employee appraisals, whistleblowing systems, codes of ethics and CSR). He is also particularly recognized for his expertise in supplemental social protection (insurance and pensions) and URSSAF audits and disputes.

Member of the Paris bar since 2005, Mickaël d’Allende started his career at Flichy & Associés, before joining ADVANT Altana upon is creation in 2009. He has been a partner at ADVANT Altana since 2014. He is a lecturer at Paris I, Paris II, Paris XIII and Montpellier I universities, member of Avosial, and is the author of numerous books and one hundred articles.
