Career

Luca focuses mainly on advising clients operating in industrial or commerce fields, assisting them in their M&A transactions as well as in their day-to-day businesses. The understanding of his clients’ businesses in the manufacturing, construction, engineering, energy and trade sectors enables Luca to assist his clients, together with colleagues in the litigation department, also in complex litigation where the legal arguments must be coordinated with a proper and understandable representation of technical aspects. In addition to assisting listed companies and multinationals, his advisory activity in favour of private entrepreneurs and entrepreneurial families allowed him to develop a deep knowledge in the structuring and organisation of private wealth and family holding systems.

Luca is a member of the firm since 2024.

An associate with Hughes Hubbard & Reed in New York in 1986, Luca began his career at the Ardito law firm, where he became a partner in 1991. He was a partner from 2002 to 2004 in Casella Minoli e Associati and then equity partner until 2012 in the Italian office of Dewey Ballantine, later Dewey & LeBoeuf. Since 2013 founding partner of Gattai, Minoli, Partners.
