Career

He founded the Law Firm in 2004.
Before he had worked in the legal department of a multinational company and then he worked with a law firm in Brussels. In 1996, he joined first the Paris office and then the Milan office of Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer.

He has always been involved in M&A and extraordinary transactions, such as mergers, demergers, shareholding sale and purchase, transfer of businesses and business branches, restructurings and joint ventures. Vittorio has especially thorough experience in M&A transactions involving listed companies. He co-leads the Sports Law Team and is the Head of the Canada desk of the firm.

He regularly speaks at seminars on legal issues related to corporate governance and extraordinary transactions as well as on investments and internationalization processes of Italian companies with particular focus on the Canadian market.

He is a member of the Board of Directors of the Italian Chamber of Commerce of Ontario by acting as a relationship facilitator for Italian and Canadian companies.

The department is notably active in the energy, infrastructure, fashion, healthcare, life sciences, manufacturing, technology, and telecoms sectors.
