Career

Luis joined the Firm as Head Partner of Litigation in the Barcelona office in February 2012. He has extensive experience providing legal advice, as well as representing defendants in judicial and arbitration proceedings in civil and commercial law. He has been a key figure in litigation for more than fifteen years, acting in civil court in all its sections.

Luis also regularly participates in arbitration proceedings before various Spanish national courts, including the Madrid Civil and Mercantile Arbitration Court (CIMA), the Barcelona Arbitration Court (TAB) and the Arbitration Court of the Madrid Bar Association (Ilustre Colegio de Abogados de Madrid).

He is also highly experienced in advising on franchising networks, both from contractual and procedural standpoints, and has been involved in several judicial proceedings on this matter.
