Position

Partner specialising in business law, particularly mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, commercial contracts and restructuring. Marek has advised both sellers and buyers in over 100 M&A and due diligence transactions. He has also advised on company sale and restructuring, private equity funds on acquisitions in Poland, and on restructuring processes preceeding and during bankruptcy to both creditors and bankrupt entities. Marek is an attorney ad litem in arbitration proceedings based on investment treaties, adviser to investors and the State Treasury (Ministry of the Environment, Ministry of Finance, Public Prosecutor’s Office) and arbitrator at the Arbitration Court of the Polish Chamber of Commerce.
