• Provides full-range tax advice to clients on mergers and acquisitions, selection of tax effective structures for business operations, investments and transactions on restructuring, privatisation and consolidation of capital and tax optimization.
• Has carried out numerous tax due diligences in various business sectors.
• He has participated in development and implementation of a series of restructuring and tax optimisation related to both the acquisition as well as the operational activities of companies.
• Provides comprehensive tax advice for private businesses and international corporations in the infrastructure, energy, financial, real estate, pharmaceutical and FMCG sectors.

• Member of the District Chamber of Advocates in Warsaw.
• Member of the Polish Chamber of Tax Advisers.
