Position

Partner and Co-Head of DZP’s Tax Practice, Joanna specialises in providing full-range tax services to clients in merger and acquisition transactions. She advises on effective tax structures for businesses, investments and transactions, on restructuring projects, privatisations, capital and tax group consolidations, and develops optimum tax structures for acquisitions and investment exit point. Joanna advises private equity funds on, for example, the structuring of acquisitions of companies listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange. She also advises entities in the energy sector, including renewable energy, handling the unbundling and consolidation of Polish energy groups.

Joanna joined DZP in 2010.
