Provides full-range tax advice to clients on mergers and acquisitions, selection of tax effective structures for business operations, investments and transactions on restructuring, privatisation and consolidation of capital and tax optimization. Has carried out numerous tax due diligences in various business sectors. He has participated in development and implementation of a series of restructuring and tax optimisation related to both the acquisition as well as the operational activities of companies. Provides comprehensive tax advice for private businesses and international corporations in the infrastructure, energy, financial, real estate, pharmaceutical and FMCG sectors.
