Career
Co-founder and senior partner, admitted in 1991. Rosario is a leading criminal defence lawyer in Luxembourg. He published articles on anti-corruption, anti-money laundering law, as well as the bill regarding the criminal liability of body corporate in Luxembourg. Rosario also recently wrote an article on the right to not incriminate oneself and the offense of obstruction published in “Le risque pénal du banquier” in 2020. He holds conferences regarding these areas.
