Donata specializes in banking and corporate litigation, including bank liability, insolvency proceedings, shareholders disputes and private international law cases. She also has significant experience in cross-border and international litigation. Donata is a member of the Civil Procedure Commission of the Luxembourg Bar Association and the secretary of the Disciplinary and Administrative Council of Lawyers.
