Career
Co-founder and Managing Partner of the firm since 27 years, admitted 1991. Key areas of activity: commercial litigation, with a strong focus on corporate and shareholders’ litigation, finance litigation, fund litigation and insolvency disputes; also very active in restructuring and international insolvencies. Marc is one of the best-known practitioners in Luxembourg and is highly regarded in the market. He has been involved in most of the largest and high profile corporate litigation, restructuring and cross-border insolvency cases in the last 15 years.
