Position

Ulrike Sehrschön is head of the Public Procurement practice group and co-head of the Public Law practice group at E+H. She advises on regulatory issues, including commercial and facilities law, energy law, data protection law, pharmaceutical and health law, and banking and capital markets law. In the field of public procurement law, she provides legal expertise to public clients in the actual implementation of procurement projects. She advises bidders participating in public tenders and represents them in procurement control proceedings.

Career

Before joining E+H, she worked for other commercial law firms in Vienna, as an advisor at the Austrian Federal Chamber of Commerce, and as a lawyer at the Austrian Federal Procurement Agency.
