Frontier Biotechnologies Inc. is a publicly traded Chinese commercial-stage biopharmaceutical company. The agreement is to develop and commercialize AFFITOPE® AT04 to treat patients with hypercholesterolemia in Greater China, which consists of Mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan. 19th November 2021 E+H advised KBC Bank NV on an agreement to acquire 100% of the shares of Raiffeisenbank (Bulgaria) EAD, comprising the Bulgarian banking operations of Raiffeisen Bank International, for EUR 1,015 million. The transaction also includes Raiffeisen Leasing Bulgaria, Raiffeisen Asset Management, Raiffeisen Insurance Broker and Raiffeisen Service.
