Alejandro joined Pérez-Llorca in 2002 and made partner in 2013. In 2010 Alejandro worked with the corporate & capital markets team at a prestigious New York firm and advised on transactions with companies operating in Latin America. Adriana Martín was promoted to counsel in January 2022. The department was further strengthened in March 2022 with the hire of Raquel Blanco from Linklaters.
