Katrin Troedsson is CEO of MAQS Advokatbyrå. Katrin is specialized in real estate law and has over twenty years of experience providing advice on related matters, such as real estate transactions, property development, lease agreements and day-to-day property management. A major part of Katrin’s work is focused on real estate transactions and other related projects in which she represents both Swedish and international customers with the aim of creating the optimal legal conditions for project implementation.
Furthermore, she advises customers on matters pertaining to leases, negotiations, property management, planning and building, as well as easements, usufruct rights and common facilities, among others. Katrin has been involved in and has headed a number of MAQS’ latest major property cases.
