Falco Kreis
Falco Kreis is Counsel at Fieldfisher’s Munich office, advising clients in Arbitration, Litigation, and Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) proceedings.
His focus of his work is on complex technical disputes, particularly in the automotive, IT, life sciences, and telecommunications industries. He represents clients in all types of disputes, including post-M&A conflicts, supply chain disputes, and disagreements arising from development and cooperation agreements. A key focus of his work lies in national and international arbitration. He has experience handling proceedings in various jurisdictions, both domestic and international, under the rules of numerous arbitral institutions.
He advises and represents clients throughout all stages of a dispute, including pre-litigation claim enforcement and ADR proceedings. This includes the effective enforcement of court judgments and arbitral awards in Germany and abroad. He also advises on all aspects of litigation funding. Having worked for several years as in-house counsel at a leading international litigation funder, he brings unique insights and experience in the litigation finance industry.
Falco Kreis has a strong interest in high-tech topics such as Artificial Intelligence, crypto, and blockchain technology, and he regularly speaks on current developments in arbitration and legal innovation, including Legal Tech.
His clients primarily include large and medium-sized industrial companies, private equity investors, and founders. Thanks to his previous role as in-house counsel, he has a deep understanding of the needs and challenges faced by clients and develop strategies and solutions for effective and efficient dispute resolution—so they can focus on their core business.
