Maurice Goebel, LL.M. is an Associate in Fieldfisher's Dusseldorf office, advising primarily in the areas of corporate law/M&A as well as stock and capital markets law.

His work focuses particularly on advising national and international companies on corporate law matters in the context of M&A transactions and joint ventures. In addition, he provides comprehensive advice to individuals in leadership positions such as managing directors and executive board members, as well as supervisory and advisory board members, on risk-related issues, liability scenarios, and corporate governance matters.

He advises our clients in German and English.

He studied law at Ruhr University Bochum with a focus on corporate law. After completing his first state examination, he pursued an English-language Master’s degree (LL.M.) in European Business Law at Maastricht University. Maurice Goebel passed his second state examination in the district of the Higher Regional Court of Düsseldorf, including placements at the German Chamber of Commerce in New York and at the Fieldfisher office in London.
