Dispute Resolution

Clara Götz is an Associate at Fieldfisher’s Munich office, specializing in Dispute Resolution both in and out of court, including proceedings before state courts and arbitral tribunals.

She advises and represents our national and international clients from various industries in litigation, arbitration, and alternative dispute resolution. Her particular focus lies on contractual and corporate disputes.

Prior to joining Fieldfisher, Clara Götz also gained experience in litigation at an international business law firm.

She advises ours clients in German, English, and French.

She studied German-French law at the University of Cologne and Université Paris 1 (Panthéon-Sorbonne), with a specialization in international and European private and procedural law. During her studies, Clara Götz worked for several years at a university chair focusing on international business law and private international law.

As part of her legal traineeship at the Higher Regional Court of Cologne, she gained valuable insights into procedural practice across various courts.
