Dr Torben Lang is a Senior Associate in Fieldfisher's Frankfurt am Main office, advising on corporate, finance and insolvency law matters.

His practice focuses on advising clients on domestic and cross-border financial restructurings and reorganizations, both within and outside formal insolvency proceedings. He further advises on financing transactions, in particular bridge and real estate financing, as well as on corporate acquisitions.

In addition, he represents clients in contentious matters and court proceedings, with a particular focus on banking and finance disputes and complex insolvency-law litigation.

Prior to joining Fieldfisher, he worked at several international law firms, primarily in the fields of litigation, arbitration and investigations, regularly with a focus on financial law matters.

He advises our clients in German and English.

Dr Torben Lang studied law at Goethe University Frankfurt am Main and at the Università degli Studi di Milano. Following his Second State Examination, he completed his doctorate (Dr. iur.) at Goethe University Frankfurt am Main.
