Corporate and M&A

Felix Fugger is an Associate in Fieldfisher's Munich office and advise on Corporate and Energy Law with a focus on M&A.

He advises national and international companies on transactions on both the buyer and seller side. His scope of work includes advising on M&A, private equity and venture capital transactions. This includes, in particular, supporting due diligence processes, drafting contracts and advising on (intra-group) restructuring.

A particular focus of his work is on projects in the field of Renewable Energies. In this context, he supports project developers and investors in the design and implementation of national and international energy and infrastructure projects.

In addition, he advises on general corporate law issues and on the structuring and implementation of joint ventures.

He advises our clients in German and English.

He studied law at the University of Regensburg. During his legal training, he worked in Munich and London, among other places.
