Maximilian Franz is a Senior Associate in Fieldfisher´s Hamburg office and advises on Corporate Law.

He advises national and international corporations, entrepreneurs and investors on complex cross-border M&A transactions, joint venture structures, venture capital investments, and corporate restructuring measures and issues.

His focus is on advising on cross-border corporate transactions and investment processes. He also advises on the structuring and implementation of employee participation programs.

Before joining Fieldfisher, he worked as a lawyer in a medium-sized law firm in the field of Venture Capital.

He advises our clients in German and English.

He was admitted to the bar in 2021.
