Philipp Stricharz, LL.M. Eur. is a Partner in Fieldfisher's Hamburg office and advises on investments, start-ups and financing throughout Germany, with a particular focus on Real Estate transactions and development.

His advice extends in particular to real estate transactions and development. He also advises on Commercial leases. He has extensive litigation and enforcement experience, particularly in relation to non-performing real estate loans, post-transaction disputes and disputes between shareholders.

His clients include foreign and local investors, developers, manufacturing companies, hotel and leisure companies as well as entertainment and media companies.

He studied at the universities of Freiburg im Breisgau and Munich. He also passed his exams in Munich. He spent his elective period as a foreign advisor in the Presidential Chamber of the Israeli Supreme Court in Jerusalem.
