Rikke Schiøtt Petersen is a partner and co-head of the Corporate M&A and Capital Markets practice group of Gorrissen Federspiel and is recognised as a leading capital markets lawyer in Denmark.

Being exceptionally experienced and highly skilled in public M&A and ECM deals, including major Danish IPOs, Rikke focuses on capital markets transactions, public and private M&A and corporate restructurings as well as advisory work on securities law and corporate law aspects, corporate governance and executive remuneration.
