Mikael Philip Schmidt advises on aspects of capital markets laws which are relevant for companies and securities listed on a stock exchange or other regulated market, including general disclosure requirements, IPOs and rights issues. Mikael Philip Schmidt has assisted in a large number of Danish major IPOs and rights issues. He is also author of the book Prospectus Law.Mikael has extensive experience in all aspects of M&A transactions, including due diligence, preparation and negotiation of transaction documentation and the subsequent legal work associated with the operation of the business. In addition, Mikael provides advice on all aspects of commercial law, corporate law and the incorporation of companies.
