Position

Mikael Philip Schmidt advises on securities law issues and M&A.Within securities law, his focus is the general disclosure requirements, IPOs and direct issues. The Danish market is Mikael’s primary focus, but he also often provides assistance in foreign transactions. Mikael has been involved in a large number of major Danish IPOs and public issues and is the author of the book Prospektretten (prospectus law).

Mikael also has extensive experience with all aspects of M&A transactions, including structured processes, PE-driven transactions, drafting and negotiation of transaction documentation and the subsequent legal work with the operation of the company.

Finally, Mikael advises on all aspects of business law issues, general company law and company formation.
