Chantal Pernille Patel advises on a broad range of corporate law and capital market matters in particular in connection with capital  market transactions and securities regulation as well as M&A.

Chantal has advised a wide spectrum of corporate clients as well as private equity funds and other institutional investors in a number of public and directed offerings of equity, corporate reorganisations, M&A, structured sales processes and public tender offers for listed companies.

Chantal also has extensive experience in advising clients on general corporate law matters as well as Danish listed companies on Danish securities law aspects and corporate governance matters.
