Position

Marcus Billam is a Partner at Gide M&A Department. He specialises in mergers and acquisitions and securities law and essentially advises listed and unlisted companies and family groups in their strategic and cross-border projects. He has worked with industrialists and investment funds on many market transactions. Marcus Billam also advises listed companies regarding corporate governance issues.

Before joining Gide, Marcus Billam was a partner at Darrois Villey Maillot Brochier from 2015, after being a partner at Allen & Overy (2010 – 2015). Prior to that, he was a partner at Clifford Chance (2000 to 2010) and Darrois Villey Maillot Brochier (1998 to 2000). He is a graduate of Paris II – Assas (1982-1986).
