Career

Nicolás González-Deleito has an extensive career in public institutions and is considered one of the most prestigious public law lawyers in Spain. He is an expert in regulatory law, administrative concession and regulated sectors, advising on many of the most important cases and transactions in Spain in recent years.

He is counsel to the regional government of Andalusia (currently on leave), where he was coordinating counsel of its central legal department, and counsel in the Constitutional Court.

He has written many legal publications on administrative law and law review articles, and coordinates the economic-administrative law section of the journal La Actualidad Administrativa.
