Livia advises major listed and private companies, as well as investment funds (such us private equity firms, venture capital funds or infrastructure funds) on corporate law matters. Livia has a solid expertise in complex M&A transactions, including acquisitions, divestitures and joint ventures, with consolidated experience in high regulated sectors such as energy, infrastructure and pharma.
Career
Livia joined the Firm as of Counsel in 2023. Previously, she worked at a leading Italian law firm where she most recently served as Salaried Partner. In 2014, she was a Visiting Lawyer at Slaughter and May in London.
